new guy with problems

i just joined five minutes a go. I have a few problems with my build up. here is a list of parts i got and the problems i have. my car is a 1993 mr2 turbo

the good:

balanced crank
crower rods
cp pistons
ported and polished head
tvis removed
reground cams
new springs
new retainers
lightweight flywheel
lightweight crank pulley
equal length manifold
3" downpipe
rsr exhaust
sparco intercooler


the bad:

what do i do with sensors, plugs and vacuum lines for tvis removed without a new ecu?

what do i do with the egr removed?

the guy that took apart my engine cant remember how to put the wiring back together?

can i run the cooloant hoses without the "octopus"?
