Colorado Springs Meet and Greet

Hey all, I was wondering if the Colorado Springs Locals would want to meet up for some food and a bullshit session. I am about $300 away from having my MR2 running legally, so I would love to meet the locals and pick your brains (and your minds) for knowledge. When and where would work for who?

Well you and I live fairly close to each other. I like the north end of town for ease of travel, this would increase my chances of being able to show up. But as long as it's in town I should be able to make it. Should be finishing the car up today hopefully.

Yeah I like the North end as well, although downtown would be cool too. I don't really care. I just wanna eat some grub, and BS about cars.

the only time you came to a meet, it was literally within a mile of your house. You still came late at that!

Hey I am a very busy man with a family. You know this. however time is freeing up a little more and we have family close that can watch the kids while we go out.

I was late because getting a 1 year old ready to go out in the cold takes a while. But now my girl will go crazy seeing all of the MR2s. She already said she wants to drive a pink one when she's old enough, and calls them out when we're driving. Don't worry I am raising her right.

Plus you guys are cool and my wife likes going too, so there's even more motivation.

Your wife likes going? Usually when a wife/gf comes, then they never come again. They do not like hearing all this car speak. Your wife is one of a kind!

That's what I have 2 MR2's for.

Also, the wife used to work in a bodyshop and modify cars herself, she's no slouch. Plus she buys all my parts. She just calls Dan and checks what he has in stock.

So, when is good for who? I am usually free after 6pm.

Weekends work best for me, later in the day on either.

I work Saturdays usually till about 5
I don't wake up early on Sundays.

Saturday evenings are looking good then? They work for me, past 6pm at least.
