To tell you the truth. I hate car dealerships. I hate everything about them pretty much. Especially the money hungry, good for nothing, pathetic, dishonest sales people. I don't have time to write my novel that has taken place the last month or so I have been dealing with mccloskey motors for, but basically it is this. If you value your time, money, hard work, possesions or anythign else, do not go to mccloskey. They have jerked me around, lied to me, tried to slide stuff past me, and generally treated me horribly. Im going to make sure everyone I know reads this, and I hope it hurts their business. They are the reason dealerships are frowned upon, especially by the car enthusiasts like us.
Ill also be writing a more detailed version to our local BBB in hopes to warn others. I wish I would have taken my own advice. On the same note, dont ever go to heuberger as they have screwed over more of my friends then I can count.
On another note, my buddy lyle (oldster) has helped out my family a lot, and is a great guy to deal with. If I ever buy a car from a dealership again, I would only recommend him as he will actually listen to what you want and not push whatever he can on you. I wish I would have gone through him, but I was impatient and needed a vehicle.
