Well you parked right next to me at Applebee's last night. You've got a red 91/92 turbo with a bunch of RMMOC and MR2OC stickers on your car so I know that you're around here somewhere. Who are you??!

There was a poser poor man's Ferrari that parked next to me when I was playing some volleyball. He also followed me out onto the highway and stalled right in front of me.:burnout:

Hey hey that was me. It's a 93. I pulled in for dinner with my family, saw a 2 and got all excited so I parked next to yours. Was looking inside for anyone I would recognize. I was trying to get to the door when I saw you had on a MR2 hoodie. I had on my MR2 beanie and was making my way over to say hi but didn't get there in time.
Your paint looks so much better than mine and I like the 94 tail lights. I am jealous. LOL

Well crap I shouldn't have been in such a rush to leave haha. I think that's the first time somebody has complemented my paint lol. I'm trying to put LED's in the tails haha. Thanks for the complements though :)

Yeah you should have not been in a rush. Could have hung out and had a beer chilled, talked 2's. Perhaps next time.

Do you have a V6 yet? Which one are you looking at?
ideally I want the 1MZ-FE from a Solara, Im shooting for VVT-i, but I'm going to Frankenstein the block with a turbo MR2 tranny/axels I don't know if it'll all work out.
The 1MZ comes from camrys and avalons as well, and eventually Ill just give up and buy the first low-mileage aluminum one I can get...they're about $1000 on ebay right now for just the block, no tranny.
Although, I just ebayed the 3VZ-FE and it's a lot cheaper...3.5L, 185ish hp, similar ft-lbs.
I dunno yet, Ill read into it, I don't know if the turbo tranny bolts on to the 3VZ like it does to the 1MZ

Just get a non-VVTI version. I've heard there used to be issues with the ECU running it properly or something.

Are you any good at reading the wiring diagrams and cross-breading the wiring harness for this project? I find that most people are lost and clueless when it comes to wiring, and this is usually their downfall in their motor swap.
O yeah Chris,:madfawk:, I like my cute little CT26. You should just sell your stuff over the national board.

It's soooo cool. Only problem is I think the wire from the green hue changer didn't connect b/c I can only have blue, red, or purple right now. I'll have to take the cluster out again to fix that. But I did it all today in about 5 hours. Sucks when you have to hold your own flashlight and use a screwdriver at the same time.
wiring im not too sure about, but I'm more than confident in my ability to assist my brother in wiring
But seriously, I have a good 6ish months to look in to and study up.
